Refund policy

Right of withdrawal

Under EU law you can normally withdraw from an online purchase within 14 days. Deep Light is digital content delivered right away: at checkout you agree that delivery starts immediately and that you lose the right of withdrawal once you have activated it.

No refunds after activation

Payments are final once Deep Light is activated, except in one case: if Deep Light does not work on your PC and I cannot fix it, write to support@dbmmods.com within 7 days of the payment, with your GPU, game version and the log file, and I refund that payment in full. This does not limit your rights under EU law when digital content does not work as described.

Cancelling

You can cancel your plan at any time from the link in your purchase email. Cancelling stops the next renewal; your plan keeps working until the end of the period you already paid for. Yearly supporters keep what is described in section 3 of the terms of use.

How refunds are paid

Refunds go back to the original payment method through Lemon Squeezy, usually within 5 to 10 working days.
